Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our specialized furniture logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the item directly from your room of choice.

  Inspection and Processing

  After the sofa arrives back at our distribution center, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it is in original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Upon successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee, within 5-7 business days.
